Abstract: The construction of learning atmosphere is the soul of the development and existence of colleges and universities. The
quality of learning atmosphere is directly related to the construction of first-class undergraduate majors and the quality of talent
training. In the context of the first-class undergraduate construction of "Shuangwan（Doulbe-10, 000）Plan", taking the first-class
undergraduate professional application as an opportunity, the present paper actively explore and practice the construction of first-class
learning atmosphere. Through questionnaire surveys and field studies, it investigates the status quo of university learning atmosphere
and analyzes the main factors and proposes countermeasures, so as to improve the quality of talent training and accelerate the
construction of first-class undergraduate majors.
